Jakarta – Mutasi besar-besaran di tubuh Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) kembali menuai sorotan. Salah satu anggota Komisi I DPR RI menyoroti dua kejanggalan dalam keputusan mutasi terbaru, yang dinilai tidak lazim dalam struktur militer nasional.
Kejanggalan pertama yang disorot adalah pemindahan seorang perwira tinggi (Pati) dari matra TNI Angkatan Laut (AL) ke posisi strategis di matra TNI Angkatan Darat (AD). Perpindahan lintas matra seperti ini bukan hal umum dan dianggap dapat menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan dalam sistem komando serta regenerasi kepemimpinan di masing-masing angkatan.

Selain perpindahan lintas matra, kejanggalan kedua yang menjadi sorotan adalah mutasi sejumlah perwira tinggi yang dinilai terlalu dini—bahkan ada yang baru menjabat selama beberapa bulan. Hal ini memicu spekulasi tentang adanya intervensi non-struktural atau kepentingan politik dalam pengambilan keputusan mutasi.
“Kalau terlalu cepat dimutasi tanpa alasan yang jelas, ini justru bisa merusak ritme organisasi dan membuat para perwira kehilangan arah dalam merancang program jangka menengah,” tambah anggota DPR tersebut.

Hingga saat ini, Mabes TNI belum memberikan keterangan resmi mengenai alasan di balik keputusan mutasi tersebut. Namun, Panglima TNI sebelumnya pernah menekankan bahwa rotasi dan mutasi adalah hal rutin demi penyegaran organisasi.
