Kehadiran anggota Polri dari latar belakang yang beragam diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi kepolisian.
Kapolda juga menekankan bahwa seleksi tetap dilakukan secara objektif dan sesuai standar nasional. Anak-anak buruh yang memenuhi kriteria seleksi akan mendapatkan pendampingan, bimbingan persiapan tes, dan bantuan administratif.
