Kejagung periksa Miss Indonesia 2010 terkait kasus minyak mentah

Jakarta – Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia (Kejagung) memeriksa Miss Indonesia 2010, Nadine Alexandra Dewi Ames, terkait penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengelolaan minyak mentah (crude oil) di Indonesia. Pemeriksaan dilakukan sebagai saksi untuk mendalami aliran dana dan keterlibatan sejumlah pihak dalam kasus yang tengah ditangani oleh Jaksa Penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus.

Menurut keterangan resmi dari Kejagung, Nadine hadir memenuhi panggilan penyidik pada Rabu (1/5/2025) pagi. Pemeriksaan berlangsung selama lebih dari lima jam, dan fokus pada klarifikasi terkait dugaan keterlibatannya sebagai pihak yang disebut dalam aliran dana hasil korupsi minyak mentah.

“Yang bersangkutan diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk tersangka utama dalam perkara dugaan korupsi pengelolaan minyak mentah oleh salah satu BUMN energi,” ujar Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejagung, Ketut Sumedana.

Meski belum ada penetapan status hukum terhadap Nadine, penyidik terus menggali informasi dari berbagai saksi, termasuk tokoh publik dan pejabat perusahaan terkait. Pemeriksaan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Kejagung dalam menelusuri indikasi tindak pidana korupsi yang diduga merugikan negara hingga ratusan miliar rupiah.

Kasus ini mencuat setelah ditemukan sejumlah transaksi mencurigakan terkait ekspor dan pengelolaan hasil minyak mentah dalam negeri yang melibatkan beberapa pihak swasta dan internal perusahaan negara. Kejagung telah menetapkan beberapa tersangka, termasuk mantan petinggi BUMN dan pihak swasta.
