Jakarta – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Republik Indonesia dikabarkan sedang menyelidiki dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi di tubuh PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Sritex. Meski belum ada keterangan resmi secara detail, sumber internal menyebutkan bahwa proses pengumpulan data dan informasi (puldata dan pulbaket) telah dimulai.
Sritex merupakan salah satu perusahaan tekstil terbesar di Asia Tenggara yang berbasis di Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Perusahaan ini memiliki sejarah panjang sebagai eksportir utama produk tekstil dan seragam militer untuk berbagai negara. Namun dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Sritex mengalami tekanan finansial, termasuk status Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU).
Diduga Ada Ketidakwajaran dalam Laporan Keuangan
Menurut sumber yang tidak ingin disebutkan namanya, fokus penyelidikan Kejaksaan Agung mengarah pada kemungkinan adanya ketidakwajaran dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan, transaksi mencurigakan, serta potensi penyalahgunaan dana perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan proses restrukturisasi utang.
“Masih dalam tahap awal, belum ada tersangka, tapi indikasi awal cukup kuat,” ujar salah satu pejabat yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
Belum Ada Tanggapan Resmi dari Sritex
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak manajemen PT Sritex belum memberikan pernyataan resmi terkait kabar penyelidikan ini. Sementara itu, pihak Kejaksaan Agung juga belum mengumumkan secara terbuka mengenai adanya penyidikan atau penetapan tersangka.

Pengamat hukum korupsi dari Universitas Indonesia, Fajar Prasetyo, menyebutkan bahwa penyelidikan terhadap perusahaan besar seperti Sritex harus dilakukan secara transparan dan profesional.
“Jika benar ada korupsi, maka harus diusut tuntas. Tapi proses hukumnya juga harus adil dan tidak digunakan untuk kepentingan tertentu,” ujarnya.
